For the 2012-13 fiscal year, dues for schools accredited by the Commission on Independent Schools are calculated using tuition and enrollment figures from their 2011-12 Annual Report.
Dues are calculated in three steps:
1. Initial Dues Formula
Elementary/Middle Schools: $1,350 (base dues) plus $1 per student
Secondary/K-12 Schools: $2,100 (base dues) plus $2 per student
2. Adjusted Dues
Dues will not exceed one-third of the highest day tuition (one-sixth of boarding tuition), unless this figure is less than the base dues. (All schools will pay at least the base dues.)
3. Additional Flat Fee
In addition to the initial or the adjusted dues, every school will pay a flat fee of $200.
