Substantive Change Report
Member or Candidate schools that plan to add grades, an early childhood program, a residential program, and/or a post-graduate program are required to submit a Substantive Change Report.
You may report substantive changes on the Annual Report or contact a member of the CIS staff for more information, including specific due dates.
